Troop 700 Mission Statement

To serve God, country, and community; and to provide a quality Boy Scout program to the families of Aliso Viejo, and to the surrounding communities, as ambassadors of God’s grace through service to others. Our primary goal is to cultivate, throughout our entire membership, all of the many fine virtues that Scouting has to offer as a life-long commitment to the ethical and moral standards of the Boy Scouts of America. Furthermore, we strive to create a positive environment that nurtures self-awareness of individual potential, the desire to be a team player, the opportunity to be a leader, the character for making better choices, and a high self-esteem for continued success, as it is exemplified through our parental involvement.

Troop 700’s newest Eagle Scout, Grant Randolph!

Posted on Dec 3 2017 - 10:35pm

Congratulations to Grant Randolph who tonight passed his Eagle Board of Review and earned the rank of Eagle Scout!

Grants Eagle Project was at Corpus Christi church in the Great Hall. He converted the 3 book case shelves in front of the cry room where the church posts brochures and publications from horizontal shelving to more vertical for easy access. Fr. Tim (and all of us) we’re impressed with the elegant solution he designed to be able to adapt the shelving as they like.
